What’s involved?

During your KCR session, you will perform a series of mobilisations and stretches.  These will take place on my treatment table.  You will be fully clothed, please wear comfortable clothing which allows you to stretch and move easily.  I will then take you through the full KCR protocol which starts and ends with me measuring your leg length difference.  The protocol will not hurt you or aggravate any current ailments you have, what it will do is bring your body back into balance, increase your energy levels and bring relief from your chronic pain.

I’m on medication, can I still have KCR?

Yes.

How often will I need KCR?

Many clients experience relief from one session, others get the best benefit from having two or three, and if their aches and pains return, they make another appointment.  Other clients visit before taking part in sporting events or competitions to ensure they are at the peak of their game when competing. If your ailment hasn’t been improved significantly by the third session, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to another practitioner who would have additional skills to help.

Is there an age limit on who can get KCR?

No.  KCR is available for, and can benefit, everyone.
